Retention
Data is stored as long as required for project work, traceability, rights clearance, or legal obligations. Project members who leave remain historically visible with their leaving date.
Recipients and disclosure
Within the platform, authorized institute and project members see the data required for their role. Data is disclosed to third parties only where required for operation, rights clearance, legal obligations, or approved publications.
